We finish what we start
A patch gets textured and primed. Trim gets caulked. Rot gets sealed before it is painted. The part people skip is the part that shows six months later.

Three small things in one visit costs less than three separate trips, because most of what you pay for a small job is getting someone to your door.
Straight answers
New circuits, panels and re-pipes belong to a licensed electrician or plumber. We say so instead of learning on your house.

Before you ask for a price
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We come out, look at the job and give you a fixed price in writing. It costs you nothing and you are under no obligation to take it. If you would rather not have anyone at the house yet, text a photo instead and we will give you a range.
Why not just price it from a photo?
We will, if you want a ballpark. But a number guessed off a photo moves once someone is standing in front of the job — the wall behind it, the access, what is underneath. Seeing it is what lets us put a number in writing and hold it.
How long does the estimate visit take?
Usually fifteen or twenty minutes for one job, longer if you have a list. We are there to measure and price it, not to sit at your table and sell you something.
What if I do not know what is actually wrong?
Most people do not, and that is fine. Working out what it is, is our job. Point at it and tell us what it has been doing.
Do I have to be home for the work itself?
For most jobs, no, as long as we can get in and reach the work. Plenty of people leave a door code and come home to it finished. Tell us which you prefer and we work around it.
How do I pay?
After the work is done and you have looked at it. The price is agreed before anyone starts, so there is nothing to argue about at the end.
