Is there work you will not take on?
Anything that needs a licensed electrician or plumber — a new circuit, a panel, a re-pipe. We do the fixture-level work and we will tell you plainly when a job is over that line.
Can I combine several small jobs?
That is the whole point of this category, and it is the cheapest way to buy our time.
Do you supply the fixtures?
You pick them, or tell us what you want and we will source them.
Do you fix things you did not install?
Yes. Most of what we repair was installed by somebody else.
