Find out why it moved
A door that drags is usually a hinge, a strike plate or a settled frame. Almost never a door that needs replacing.
Adjust before replacing
Shim, plane, re-hang. Replacement is the last option, not the first quote.
Caulk and seal the gap
Trim that is fitted but not caulked opens back up within a season.

Can you fix a door instead of replacing it?
Usually, yes. Most sticking doors are a hinge or a strike plate, not a new door.
Do you do deck rebuilds?
We handle repairs, board replacement and railing work. A full tear-down and rebuild is a bigger job — tell us the size and we will be straight with you about it.
Do you supply the trim?
Yes, or match what is already in the house if you want it to disappear into the existing profile.
What about rotted wood outside?
We cut back to solid wood, replace and seal it. Painting it after is the step people skip, and it is why it rots again.
